The HaloSauna builds on our other longevity treatments as a 4-in-1, first-of-its-kind service. It combines infrared radiation (IR) sauna therapy with dry salt therapy (Halotherapy), with options for heated salt therapy and red light therapy. We can offer you a full immersive, holistic experience by combining the Halosauna with other treatments.
What is a halosauna and How Does it Work?
The HaloSauna™, (previously known as HaloIR) is the first and only combination of infrared sauna and professional grade dry salt therapy.
It engages all five of your senses, heating your body directly with infrared light, which can help with your health and wellness goals.
During your treatment you experience low-temp infrared heat with salt therapy to help relieve sore muscles and ease respiratory symptoms.
Most people start with short sessions (10-15 minutes) and lower temperatures and slowly build up.
We can add heat to your HaloSauna experience and layer other therapies including aromatherapy (scent therapy), chromotherapy (coloured light therapy), and guided meditation for maximum benefit.
HALOSAUNA SESSION OPTIONS
Halotherapy only – 20 mins Salt only, no infrared heat.
Halotherapy & Low Temperature Infrared – 30 mins
Lower heat, infrared at a set temperature of 88°F (31°C). The temperature inside the cabin does not go above this.
Halotherapy & Full Temperature Infrared – 45 mins
Infrared heat at a set temperature of 158°F (70°C). When the cabin temperature reaches 104°F (40°C), the Halotherapy unit turns off. At higher temperatures your skin sweats too much for the salt to properly penetrate. The infrared heaters stay on to heat the cabin.
